Mark Indictor's Upcoming Appearances
as of Saturday, June 17, 2006

So, I took some vacation time from JPL, and guess what IÕm doing with itÉ

Éwell, here I am in beautiful downtown Palm Springs. ItÕs 8:00 in the morning, and the temperature is already in the 90Õs. Triple digit highs all week long Ð but that didnÕt stop us from pulling together an amazing production of ÒAlwaysÉ Patsy ClineÓ in a very well air-conditioned tent called the Pavilion Theater right in the heart of downtown.  The show opened last night to a three-curtain call, standing ovation. Sally Struthers is incredible, as usual, and Julie JohnsonÕs voice is perfect. If you have the chance, and can brave the trek across the desert, please come and see this wonderful show.

Shows are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from June 16th through July 3rd at the Palm Springs Pavilion Theater. This show is more than a tribute to the legendary country singer. It is based on a true story about Cline's friendship with a fan from Houston named Louise Seger, played by Sally Struthers. In addition to the two female leads, there is a five-piece band. This is the fourth time I have appeared in this play, and the second time with Sally Struthers. John Randal has been the musical director each time, and the show is a lot of fun. There are over twenty numbers in the show, all Patsy Cline classics. Call (866) 877-6779 for more info.

IÕve been having some technical difficulty with my communications while IÕm here. Internet is spotty, and my cell-phone crashed, so IÕve been kind-a out of touch. So all yÕall need to come out here and say hello in person, and enjoy the show.

And, of course, Border Radio will be back on the circuit starting July 10th. DonÕt forget to catch one of our shows.

See you at the gig.
